This Privacy Policy explains how Definawing ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Ants N Stuff (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details. The App stores your game progress (such as your current level and audio settings) locally on your device; this data is not transmitted to us.

However, the App uses third-party services — most notably an advertising provider — that may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:

• A device advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AAID)
• Other device identifiers and technical data (device model, operating system, language, network state)
• Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address
• Information about your interactions with advertisements and the App
• Diagnostic and performance data used to keep the service working

2. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and the advertising networks it mediates. These partners may use the information above to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. 3. How the Information Is Used

Information collected by our advertising partners is used to display and measure advertising, limit how often you see the same ad, detect fraud and abuse, and maintain and improve their services.

We do not sell your personal information. Information collected by the advertising SDK is shared with the relevant advertising networks for the purposes described in Section 3.

5. Your Choices

• Opt out of personalized ads: On Android, open Settings → Privacy → Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization.
• Uninstall: You can stop all further data collection by uninstalling the App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Data Retention & Security

Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data handled by our advertising partners is retained according to their own policies. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
